Train Ticket

The web interface for the service is good, and I got the ticket on time at the hotel. However, the communication with the customer is not very efficient. Several days before the date of the travel I wished to try changing the date, but had difficult time in getting an answer on this possibility. I think the communication with the customer should be improved, with an answer within 24 hours at least.
