The counter staff at Hongqiao Shanghai station told me that the train is not from this station, I showed her the voucher (in English) she can't read and asked me to leave her counter after a very long queue. Again try the other counter with a very long long queue and we miss the G140 train. Find other train and leaving for Beijing with G170 15.52 - we stay in the station for 5 hours with small kids.
