Great, when everything goes well. Sometimes I receive my tickets within 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes longer. The problem is that seats can be sold out in the meantime. Yesterday they had to call them after 3 hours and again later. In the meantime the seats were sold out. So I only had a ticket for my return journey. Found an alternative way to travel to the destination with help of a friend. But the result is that it costed me a lot of time and effort. Just because the communication was very slow. Better book way in advance. Not reliable or suited for travelling the next morning etc.
