Hello "to whom it may concern", I have written in April but no solution was given. Please see my mail below regarding my cancelled train tickets and waiting for your refunds. Its been 3 months and it has not been resolved. Only item No.3 has been refunded. The rest cancellations 1 , 2 , & 4 has not. Please look in to this someone and give me an answer. Thank you.
