I buy a train ticket. It was alright, I receive the confirmation straight away on my email but I've forgot to put my second name on it so I asked for a name change and the price was so high compare to my ticket original price.
I ask to do not do the change and I have wait 24hours before an answer from ChinaTour. They just reply "ok, got it". Very not professional.
So disappointed by China tour. I don't really recommend.
