I made a booking and made a payment on 10/01/19 for a train on 18/06/19. The tickets could not be purchased until 60 days before departure. ChinaTour.net obviously forgot to purchase my tickets on time and only came back to me 21 days before travel to say this train was booked out. They put me on a different train that took an additional hour and a half. They offered no apology for their sloppy service.
