I booked a ticket on 28/4/19 and my credit card was charged. I received an email saying my reservation would be confirmed within 10 minutes to 24 hours. I did not receive any other email, and when I arrived at the station, I did not have a ticket reserved. I have contacted China Tour and they responded only with "we sent you an email". I am very disappointed that I paid for a service that I did not receive.
