We booked a couple of trains some time before our travel. They told us, that the tickets can be confirmed only some days before the actual traveldate. Some of the trains were already booked by that time so we had to change the times a little. One train was cheaper than the one we first booked (and payed for). They promised a refund but we never actually got our money back. We wrote three mails but got no response (and of course no money)!
