We booked train tickets from Guilin to Beijing. The confirmation e-mail said we would not get a final confirmation until 30 days before the trip, which I understood. We never received a final confirmation. When I contacted ChinaTour through WeChat, they told me they had not secured our tickets!?? In the end, they fortunately could rebook our tickets for a later train.
