I booked train tickets, wait for many days but ChinaTour.Net did not send e- ticket for me. Then I canceled booking before 15 days depart time.
Till now, more 1 month, but I do not get the refund. I sent many emails but ChinaTout only keep silent !
I am very disappointed to know that you react client like that. Now, I do not need ChinaTourNet to refund for me. I want to advice that you run your business with honesty & learn how to being ashamed when cheating your client.
