Great site/app to plan and book your travel in China. We maily used it for the high speed train tickets. The tickets were delivered directly to the hotels, even in to the ones “in the middle of nowhere”, on time and the status of the tickets could be followed on the app. A bit of language confusion when I called the Beijing office once, but also direct contact worked very well.
