Arranged for prebooking and delivery of tickets to hotel prior to departure. Instead, the reservation was forgotten and on calling the company the day before departure to get the tickets delivered, I found out that it had not been booked. Instead, the trip had to be booked at a different time as the trip had been sold out already, even though I had arranged it two months earlier.
