Visit the most charming water town in China and catch a glimpse of modern Shanghai.
Route: Hotel- Zhouzhuang Water Village - Boat Ride Excursion(Optional) - Lunch - Silk Mill - Bund - Xintiandi- People's Square - Back
Zhouzhuang, originated from 900 years ago, still preserved many Ming and Qing Dynasty architectures. The best well known is the Zhang Hall and Shen Hall, a river cruise is highly recommended (optional), and that's the best way to appreciate the feature of the water village. After lunch, you will be transferred to the silk mill and learn more about the silk culture. Followed by a walking discovery tour of the old buildings on the Bund, nicknamed the wall street in the East. The last stop of this tour is Xintiandi and the Former French Concession with old stone arched gate houses. Then transfer back to hotel.
Note: The tour does not include river cruise. If you are interested, we highly recommend you purchase on your own!
