Daniel was super awesome. Our kids spent time with him chatting. Thank you to our guide and driver for a good experience of Beijing...
I really loved every minutes of this trip. Big thanks for my guide, Fang who made my stay special. I did not need to worry about anything, she took care of all details. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants visit Beijing. Szilvia from Hungary..
We live in India and for any one to travel to China, where very few people speak English, is generally quite scary. However, we would like to give full marks to China Tours for having organised an excellent trip. First the driver was there at the station to receive us at the appointed time , with a placard in hand. For the next three days, we were taken around a number of places in Beijing, each extolling history and cultural legacy of an ancient civilization in its full glory. Sue, who was our guide during the trip, was quite proficient in English, and ready to answer all our queries to the best of her knowledge and capabilities. We really enjoyed the varied aspects of Chinese culture, be it different historical buildings, alluring markets, soothing tea ceremony or luxurious silk motifs and jade carvings...
My family is so happy although the weather is so cool.Thank you my tour guide Edward help my family take photos, thank you China tour.net provision of chance...
Our tour guide Sue and driver was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed good time in beijing and recommend this tour company to you...
Very very goog tour package. Sue was a nice guide and had an experienced driver. We will recommend Chinatour to our friends..
Good tour, our guide and driver was really good. Although an English guide was booked for us, as ethnic Chinese from Singapore, it was quite an experience. Ms Mao was very helpful and attentive to our needs and even brought along windbreakers etc on our trip to the Great Wall. Very obliging and helpful lady. The driver was pretty helpful as well. Both did not force us to buy a lot of things at the shops that we must visit although we did on our accord bought some. The "guan bing" was pretty nice as it was pretty similar to the food that we have in Singapore/Malaysia (South East Asia) in general. Good experience, will bring my parents and kids next time on this trip. Very satisfied because of the tour guide and driver. Cable car is recommended for the Great Wall tour, walking shoes and water is a must (although there is a cafe on top) Cheers!..
We live in Nanjing. We took your tour on Tuesday, May 28th to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. The van arrived on time to pick us up and it was clean and comfortable. The driver drove safely. Christina was our tour guide and we are happy to say that she did a wonderful job. She spoke very good English and had a good knowledge about the Great Wall and Ming tombs. In addition, she was able to give us some information on Chinese culture and the Chinese people. She had a very positive attitude and was personable. Our only complaint about this tour was the imposed time requirements at the jade silk factories. Although we found the factories interesting we were not happy that at both places we were not allowed to leave, even after we had purchased an item. We had to remain in the showroom for a specific amount of time that this tour company required. This was very inconvenient for us. We had a long day visiting many sites and we didn't want to sit an extra 15 minutes in any show rooms just to satisfy your company's requirements. You might think about changing this rule. As tourists, we like to see things of interest but not be forced to stay somewhere for a certain amount of time. Especially when it is not a tourist attraction but a big store where all the sales people keep pressuring us to buy things---even after we already bought. This part of your tour left us disappointed and actually angry towards the end of the day because we were tired! We are happy to recommend your company to other tourists if you consider changing this policy. We are definitely happy to recommend Christina to any of our friends who may be looking for a tour guide...
What a great experience, Neo (my guide) made it great for me. Very informative and helpful. I was greeted at the airport and taken everywhere with my own driver and guide !! I was a little reluctant before booking, but Chinatour.net made me a believer...highly recommended !! Note: Do not judge a hotel by US standards. A 3 star hotel in China could be a 1 star hotel in USA...
Our guide Sally, is super funny and super pleasant, and the educated super driver, the restaurants to where they took to us, very good, in conclusion an excellent and very professional service. The very luxurious hotel, with a good service. In conclusion very recommended this tour of 4 days and 3 nights...
It was nice and refreshing weekend. Skilled, however young, guide, experienced and fancy driver. That makes my leisure time spent fruifuly. Hotel was nice, great location. I will offer that agency and offered tours, definitely.Tomas..
Brilliant! This is the second tour I've taken with ChinaTour.Net and once again I am extremely happy. I arranged the tour over the website for two so I could explore Beijing with my mom (I've been living in Shanghai for a few months). Our tour guide, Samantha Lee, was superb. I highly recommend her as a guide, and I will gladly arrange to have her guide me around should I visit Beijing again. Our driver, Mr. Huang, was also great--he was a careful driver and always prepared snacks, water, and umbrellas. Seeing all the major sights in the matter of a few days is wonderful. We were taken to the Ju Yong Guan section of the Great Wall, which is not as crowded as other sections yet shows how impressive the wall is. My mom enjoyed the shopping opportunities, of which there were many. Because we were ahead of schedule in a few places, Samantha arranged extra things to do... on top of the already planned schedule, we toured the old Peking Opera House, went to the drum tour, and did a rickshaw ride around the Hu Tong neighborhood. Samantha also treated us to a delicious dessert. My mom and I feel as if we didn't just have a tour of Beijing, but we made a friend there. I wish at the meals that Samantha and Mr. Huang could have joined us. In any case, this is a great tour and worth the value. I highly recommend it!..
We had an amazing time in Beijing. Sue was a wonderful, gracious, and thoughtful tour guide. I would highly recommend her and China Tour to anyone!..
Many Thanks China Tours.Net for the beautifully tour arrangements, especially for our guide Sue is so helpfully and nice. We will recommend you...
We were very satisfied with your tour travel agency, the tour leader namely Mrs. Sue was very good and very helpfully. Two big thumb for her...
My friends and I had an amazing trip in Beijing! Our tour guide, Gary was amazing. We enjoyed hearing about the history China and seeing everything especially the Great Wall. Overall, we rate this trip a 5 out of 5!..
Our Tour Guide,Sue, was Amazing. She was very welcoming and helpful. We instantly felt comfortable with her. Each day we got picked up and dropped off at the entrance of every place so there was not much walking except for the great wall which was expected. Following This tour we were headed to see the Terra Cotta Warriors but we didn’t book any type of tour and they went out of their way to set us up with another amazing tour guide in Xian...
From beginning of the trip until we left both the tour guide and driver were excellent, would recommend to anyone...
From organising until completion everything was excellent, couldn't fault it. Many thanks...
Our tour was excellent. We had the greatest time. You have to be aware of the fact that the tour takes you to the pearl museum, the tea show and other businesses for you to buy. I would like to thank CARINE our tour guide! She was amazing. We had a 4th month old baby and she was very caring and kind. Her English was good. If you have to go, I would totally recommend her. The tour we paid for was worth it. The company delivers what they had promised...
Very very goog tour package. Sue was a nice guide and han an expertice driver. We will recomendaciones Chinatour to our colombiano friends..
We found this website and nervously decided to book through them. Nancy in the office was very efficient, prompt and helpful. We booked and paid for a "4 star hotel", Howard Johnson Paragon. This hotel was horrid and I would have rated it as zero stars! After one night we moved to a wonderful hotel, Lee Garden Service Apartments. Nancy was able to get a small refund but not the total amount. Regarding the tours, the sites and history were fascinating and we enjoyed learning about Chinese history. Unfortunately, our guide, Edward, seemed to dislike his job and had zero personality. It was as if we pressed an "on" button when he started his memorized speech of the location and then the "off" button when he was finished. He had nothing more to add and really did not like it when we asked questions. We felt like we were bothering him the entire 3 days!! He then refused to let us go into the Cube which clearly is an option in the tour description. He was very unprofessional in the last 5 minutes of the entire tour and asked for tips (which we interpreted as ideas as to how he could do a better job with the tour as he had just asked us what we thought about the 3 day tour). I highly recommend this company but would also advise to somehow ask to not have Edward as your guide in Beijing. We also booked flights and a 1 day tour to Xi'an and had a completely different experience as the tour guide, Peony, was a delight! She loved her job and it showed. We had a wonderful time with her in Xi'an! I think all of the extra side trips to the jade, silk, clay factories, the tea house and the Chinese medicine place are things that I would not have chosen as those are clearly overpriced tourist traps with the only intention being to sell us tourists stuff!!..
