1. Price of flights change 2 times from that published on your website! If you cannot have agreement with airline, don't published the rates. I feel cheated as the price went up twice! 2. Ask for invoice but never receive from your company/representative...
Dear Travellers, Chinatour.net is an excellent platform where you can book cheaper air tickets and hotels in china. I know i did. But, there were problems with all my bookings made for my recent trip. booked hotels and airline tickets for domestic travelling in china. 1 day before i left from india i saw no confirmation from chinatour for the hotels booked so i called them. the person said booking did not happen. book again...so i started checking my airline bookings made before which were confirmed by them . 1 flight ticket number was cancelled. 2nd flight ticket number was ok 3rd flight ticket number was not provided by chinatour.net. scared and angry i asked a friend to call them and ask what is the problem and if they are not willing to help please book a new ticket for flight no.1. luckily issue was resolved and got a new ticket number from them and also for the 3rd flight. Booked hotels through booking.com which is a better option. so if can get confirmation from them ..cross check with airline website and confirm it...

Booking was easy and the trip went well. Only issue is that we couldn’t download the app in China so had to rely on a Chinese person to confirm our booking..

The Airline didn't have the information about my e-ticket on their website. I had to call to airline's hotline in USA to confirm my flight and send me my itinerary. ChinaTour must be more careful with this kind of transaction. I was scared if I have or not have my flight. ChinaTour contact never gave me enough support with my request...
Fast and efficient ,however discount prices should be advised early or frequent traveler should get "special" discounted rates..
