Where do I start? If I could give 0 stars, I would. This website popped up when I did a search for travels in china. I was planning a short trip and this website had good prices and well organized info in english. The reviews were good, so I trusted them. I paid for a reservation in the amount of 2227yuan (275USD on my credit card), however 5mins later I wrote to them to cancel. I even got a reply confirming my tickets were cancelled and "of course my credit card would be refunded". Alas it has been 1month and I have not seen any refund. Now I am not getting a reply from their customer service either. On the other hand I get badgered for reviews, so here I am. If you are in china, can speak chinese and call and negotiate with them, probably things work faster. If you are a foreigner who relies on email/website communication, stay away from these guys. I took one for the team, hope no one else loses their money...
