Hi, we are fine with the booking with China Tour Net but there is a problem at the boarding pass issuing counter. When I forward my passport and flight confirmation printed out from China tour document to him. The counter staff says that my passport number has an alphabet "A" letter but the China Tour document does not have. I tried to explain that when I booked my flight the cannot accept the alphabet number and I am a frequent flyer for a very long time without problems. I explained further that my passport numbers, photo of me and ID numbers are also correct, accept no "A". It takes me quite a while to allow me to get the boarding pass I sincerely hope China Tour organization could do something to improve the status of the problem to avoid the simillar issue again. REALLY REALLY BAD. We issued and paid 2 sectors business class for CTU – LHASA and LHASA – CTU. After client checking in, we just knew that your company issued the economy class for him (you said the reason is because of by the time issued, the seats no more available). And no info at all about this matter. How come we paid for business class and got economy class. At the end, as your staff said that Business class already fully booked on the day of departure, client took the economy class. But when he on board, he saw that there are some business class that still available. And then we checked our booking for LHASA – CTU and found that it was issued based on economy class. How come we paid almost USD 800 for both sectors and choose BUSINESS CLASS and your company issued the ticket based on ECONOMY CLASS without any notice to us. It feels like your company cheating on us. At the end, your staff said that it was not pure your fault.. And gave us refund CNY 890 which is too small actually for even not our fault. Your staff Betty said that your company was also lost much due to must re-issued and upgrade the booking to business class for our LHASA – CTU flight. Once again, how come your staff can said like that. Since we already issued and paid BUSINESS CLASS for both sectors. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND your website to our colleague or others. Once is enough for us. Thank you...
