Not happy with your service and charge. The only reason I had to use your site for purchasing ticket is due to my familiarity with booking on your site since I have used it for many years. I realized later on that you charged so much more than the price I could have from other places. Furthermore, in 2017, I had to change the ticket due to the cancellation of the airline company. You charged me 10% of process fee regardless. I have tried numerous times to reach out to your office to resolve the 10% processing fee, the person I talked to the first time avoided me for all my later calls and told me she was not there. I finally gave up on this. it seems you are conducting business unethically...
I was given the wrong information when I called to change a ticket. The company have acknowledged the person I spoke to was new and gave me incorrect information, but I still paid for the mistake - at great inconvenience. All I asked for was to speak to a manager. After 6 calls and several emails, (all in work hours)I was told by email, "We do not work 24 hours and we are too busy with other customers'...
I Booked my plane ticket for 1/17 china flight Guangzhou to Shenyang. When I arrived at the airport I was notified by the airline crew that my name is not listed and find my name for 1/7 flight. Luckily there is still room, but I had to pay extra money for change of the flight ticket. I contacted ChinaTour, is their mistake for booking the wrong date and is going to give me a refund. it has been over a month and I am still waiting on the refund. Overall I can't believe they would book the wrong date and I would have been stuck at the airport...
There seems to be a little difficulty with booking flights I get the comment if I am a male or female all the time but I dont think there is a box to check about gender when I put the information into the reservation or maybe I am just missing it..
Overall Satisfy but there are room to improve . When we inform there will be Senior traveller with assist of Wheelchair, the management should help to put a request to the airline booking requirement...
Son el peor sistema de reservas para visitas en china, me cobraron dos veces por un vuelo en la china, no me entregaron los tickets de tren a tiempo, viajaba acompañado y nunca pude viajar con mis familiares ni en el avión peor en el tren, el sistema abierto de booking es mucho mejor, ustedes retienen inmediatamente el cobro en la tarjeta de crédito y no entregan los pasajes, quedamos a expensas de ustedes, me quisieron cancelar los trenes a su disposición, un hotel no quiso recibirnos, en definitiva ustedes no son serios y para visitar un país tan grande como china el turista debe estar seguro, es por eso que pondré en redes sociales que ustedes no son serios y nos son una garantía para el turista extranjero. Ustedes me hicieron pasar malas experiencias en un viaje...
