I booked a tickets from Shanghai to Zhangjiajie, then asked to change day, it was confirmed but later our reservation was cancelled, and since no one knew who fault was it , we were sent to a 1 star hotel, no food , and have to take a flight next day. We lost our hotel reservation and tour. Will never use again this web site unless I get a good compensation..
