Nobody inform us about flight cancellation from Xian to Beijing.We have been in the airport for 2 hours and they give us an Air China flight at 11.00 hrs with risk to lose the connection to Kumming So we cannot be fully satisfied..

The service is very good and I like it so much, I'm flying with ChinaTour from beginning of this year and there are a perfect service. the only notice that there is a lot of fees taken by cancelation as last trip I lost about 1500 RMB to cancel one trip. Please try to do your best to not afford the customer so much expenses...

I'm using ChinaTour for China domestic flight booking since many years. The booking service works very good and reliable. The ChinaTour employees check my booking and in case I make a mistake they contact me. Communication only runs by email but when I try to change a booking by using the 2 indicated telephone numbers +86-10-82600771 or +86-10-56629550 it is not possible to get in touch with the service. Conclusion : flight booking works perfectly by using the website or email, but remember that questions or changes by telephone seem not to be possible...
Dear, service es almost perfect for me. Actually my only complain iis when after make booking, I receive an email indicating the discount was obsolete, and a new payment (for the balance) is required. Sometimes when you are already travelling make a new and unexpected payment becomes a big inconvenience. Found this website when my family and I planned to spend holiday in China. Overall, I'd say 4 star. Have an issue with the booking process because the staff from chinatour emailed me after I booked plane tickets that the price that I booked are full and I need to pay more money. Agreed with it, but then AGAIN the staff emailed me the second time and told me that I have to pay even more money! I was a little bit irritated with that issue. If they don't have seat left with that price of money, they should not have shown that specific price. Other than that issue, everything went very smooth and easy. Thank you Chinatour for the hardwork. Please keep improving ur service...
