It was hard to find a trainticket from Shanghai to Wenzhou. Luckily i stumbeled on ChinaTour.net. They helped me out and I could travel comfortably to Wenzhou. Communication via WhatsApp was very usefull. I reommend ChinaTours very much...
Every time I booked a ticket with ChinaTours it worked out well. Later no problems at the station. The only thing, that I could critizice is, that sometimes the comission fee is a bit high. Once I bought a ticket for 5 dollars and the fee was 7,5.....

Although we had problems and had to cancel some tickets and re-buy different ones, our experience was positive. We received a timely refund by Chinatour.net. The instructions that they gave around how to pick up our tickets was spot on and easy to do (as easy as anything to do in China). Would recommend them to anyone needing assistance in China. :)..
Praises to chinatour.net! They make it so easy to buy high speed train tickets and flight tickets online. When a mistake happened due to my mistake, they refunded immediately. To those who hold foreign passports, you still have to get your paper tickets at the station ticket counter though. So be sure to reserve some extra time for that. In all, chinatour.net gives great services...
Tudo funcionou muito bem ! Eu apenas faria uma ressalva que o fato de ter de chegar a estacao de trem 1 hora antes do trem partir para trocar o e ticket pelo paper -ticket eh chato , pois perdemos mais tempo Mas se eh assim que o sistema da Chinatour funciona , ok , vou dar nota 5 do mesmo jeito..
