The process of purchasing the tickets was simple and straightforward. However, the instructions that were emailed did not provide enough information to easily navigate picking up the tickets at the station. A fix that might help would be to include a section for the Chinese personnel to read. They did not know what to do with the English printout I handed to them...

I booked 3 tickets for the trains in China. They did a good job with the booking. Everything worked perfect with those 3 tickets. I also booked a flight in which they misswrote my name. I tried to let them know about the problem. And after several times trying to get an answer from them, their reply was, that I wrote my name wrong. So I need to cancel and I can get a part of the money in refund. Not only it wasnt my fault, but they never refound that money they claimed that I will be refounded. Bad experience trying to communicate with this conpany. Dont book a flight with them. You can book trains, for that, they are good!..
The train can be a little confusing (there's less likely to be someone to assist in English for one), but well worth the effort. It's extremely price reasonable, and very fast and comfortable. The e-ticket process was easy and the way they send you something in Chinese you can show negates the language barrier...
Extremely dissapointed when we produced our booking at the rail station just to be charged once again for the tickets to be printed ..... VERY BAD business, plus we were changed from 4 different windows before China Rail could actually find the bookings and print tickets .... this was slow and unacceptable after making bookings online ...

Works very good. If the ticket could be brought guaranteed within 24 Hours to a specific hotel…..then I would rate you with 100% or 5 stars. This hotel service should be offered online. Would be happy to pay USD 10 extra instead of USD 5 for the hotel service...
