Everything was cool except that I haven't received yet a big amount of money as a refund after almost two months. Nobody replies and nobody gives proof of the transaction as any serious agency would do. This is ridiculous...

Tickets are changed more than double of the real price, if you have time it’s much better to buy them in China..
Ticket was booked quite a few months in advance. All went well with the ticket reservation. Allow plenty of time to collect tickets in the train station. Lots of people and it was not clear in the station as to where to go. We were sent from one place to another to another. Make sure your travel document is exactly the same as the one on the ticket, otherwise they would not let you collect ticket eventhough it was paid for and the name is the same as passport but the number is different. It happened to one of our travel member, she used her old passport to purchase the train ticket but had a new passport renewed just weeks before the travel and it was refused. She had to pay for a new round trip ticket and could not have a refund because she did not have her old passport. We are happy with the service from ChinaTour.net but we were not happy with the train ticket collection in the train station due to the unclear signage for web purchase. But that is not controlled by China Tour...
