Ticketing instructions are listed as 3 steps and are in the wrong order. Must go through security before you can pick up your tickets at the ticketing window. Very confusing, order should be updated...

Very good. And Visa card is accepted. Very easy to book using ChinaTour.NET. In one of the overnight trains, my wife and I were booked in different rooms (contiguous, but different). I don´t know if the train was so full that ChinaTour could not book us on the same room or if they made a mistake. It would be good to let the customer know if there was no possibility for booking both persons together in the same room. Despite that, the service was good and easy to use...
Planned to travel through China, not arranged or with a group. Needed traintickets. I booked them in the Netherlands via Chinatours online. Tickets confirmation was quick and adequate. Two weeks before the actual traveldate, they informed me that the tickets wereld booked and how to get them. At the train station only my Passport and the info from Chinatour was sufficiant to get the tickets. Due the weather (hurricane) one train was canceld. Frist at the counter in the station (to give the tickets back), Chinatour refunded the ticket price at my creditcard. Perfect service, great organisation...

I Will never booking with you again, the worse experience in mi travel in China. I pay with time the money that cost the tickets from yichang to Beijing, you booking and days before my travel to china change the booking for another train ( not the one I pay and the service that we want) cheaper, don't give my money back, and booking in that one. Awful! The train have no wifi, the first have it, small cabin, small beds, all in very bad conditions, even the train was in bad conditions. The people was different from one train and another, and I said in an email that I want the difference of the money back. The worse of the worse thing that happen to me in China! The worse service! I am really angry with you! I don't feel comfortable in the travel, always felt not secure, the man's that are in my cabin was drinking the whole night and we travel two women's. You are the worse agency that I contract, I thought that you are a responsable agency and trustly, but you don't...
