Their customer service was lacking to say the least. It took them several days to book the train tickets I paid for, after emails and calls went unanswered. I am not convinced that they even tried to get our tickets together. We ended up with only 1 lower bunk soft sleeper and 4 upper bunks, even though two out of the five people in our group are 80+ years old. I will not use them again...

Quite disappointed! I booked train tickets before one month from the date of use. 30 days after the date of use you should have bought the tickets and sent me the purchase confirmation. Not having received anything, after a few days I asked for clarification. Only then did you tell me that there was no availability and I had to take a first class for a train and change the schedule for the other. Clearly you had forgotten to make my ticket reservation!..

Did not get message my card was declined until AFTER I was at the train station (11/2 hour away from home)...
