thanks to them I was able to book all the tickets for my travel by train in China, through the confirmation e-mails with translation in the local language at the first station I have them printers saving me a lot of time. recommended..
It was easy to order tickets online and reconfirmation of my bookings came promptly...
I have not recieved confirmation to my email and did not know if the order was, confirmed on not, until getting to the train station..
Great service especially as the trains were changed right before we left the UK. Chinatour.NET were on this and sorted our our tickets which were delivered - as promised - to our hotel and given to us on arrival. The trains are amazing by the way, very, very clean and extremely fast. Would strongly recommend travelling by train, no hiccups at all...

Good service and actually prompt customer care; four stars instead of five due to a mismatch between the train i booked and the code they sent, that caused me risk to loose a connection (booked a train for 11 AM, confirmed, but at the station i realized the code was referred to another train at 11.30 AM)...
Everything was alright. I just show a ticket number at ticket office and they have print md a train ticket that I have ordered online via Chinatour.I recommend this website to all foreigners who do not speak Chinese and have a plan to travel around China...

First of all - be aware there are many agents with similar names ChinaTourNets.Com and ChinaTour.Asia seems to be good according to rewiews.
CHINATOURS.NET is different.
What went well - we booked some flight tickets, an airport car pick up and one train trip and that went smooth.
Why NOT to use the agency:
July 18th we had booked a Deluxe car and guide to take us to Huashen Mountain to go trekking at the peaks and do the wooden plank - THE CAR NEVER SHOWED UP, WE WERE NOT INFORMED UPFRONT. After a long time we got in contact with the agency - a Mr Wang - he said he was sorry and could arrange the tour the next day and would give us 200 CNY for the missed trip! (Not impressed)
July 19th - The driver and car arrived at 7 AM - the guide joined later - she informed us then that we could not do the wooden plank as planned as there was 1-2 hours queue. Later - at the site - whilst we were in line for the ascent to the mountain she told us we would need to wait 2-3 hours to get up the mountain (cable car queue) - and it became clear to us that we could not do treeking at the peaks as planned as we would on be at the mountain 1-1.5 hours and wait in line 4-4,5 hours. So our request when we booked the tour was ignored, and we were told we were arrogant as we would not wait in line as the other people. But we would not mind - IF we knew the conditions before we booked the tour.
Waste of money and vacation time - and we have not received the 200 CNY yet
AND my review that I was asked to make to the web site is NOT posted. Wonder why!
AND YOU HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE TRAIN TICKET I CANCELLED AS PROMISED 3 weeks ago
