I checked in at 2019-11-21; no ticket. Only after having you contacted by telephone, I received the ticket at my hotel on 2019-11-24. I received no email or other message informing me about a delay...
Lousy service. The train tickets were cancelled and not refunded back. Tried contacting them but did not receive any reply from them. Will not use their services again...
AS a foreigner, China Tours was easy and reliable way for me to book train tickets. However, my knife which was in my luggage was taken away the security when entering the train station. My luggage had to go through X-ray checks. It will be good if China Tour can list the things we cannot bring into the train station. Many foreigners do not know about these things...
Booking was as easy as ABC. You pay a bit more but you can go to most windows at the station and the counter people will help you print the actual tickets. You can avoid some messy long queue...
