Everything was very smooth and in fact they delivered the tickets much earlier due to the 11.11 sale period and they were afraid the courier may be delayed. I was also given the telephone number and was able to contact the staff concern and everything was very smooth. This is the 3rd time I m using their service and there are NO problem at all. Very reliable service and I also avoided having to go to the train station much earlier to collect the tickets as sometimes the Q in the station is unpredictable.
