Awful service. Tickets are sent to your email, with no other option (website with password, for example). And if you use the service inside China access to email is very difficult or impossible. The wechat customer support is non existent, even after many months there is no reply (not even a message saying sorry for not replying in time). The time they take to issue the ticket is up to 12 hours, but you never know if it will be 10 minutes or 12 hours, so if you need tickets for a train leaving the next day in the morning this is a really bad option. You will be nervous/anxious until the last second, waiting for a reply. Also, they might change your seat preferences without a chance to cancel or change your preferences. All together, I would avoid using this service. I will definitely try other options to see if they are any better...
All bookings done simply and very reliably. We have booked two domestic flights and a train trip. We shall use ChinaTour.net again...

Great job booking our train from Beijing Xian. Fanatic service when we had a change of plans. I was very pleased...
Everything worked out just as ChinaTour had said- we took our piece of paper to the ticket office in Chengdu and were pleased that the ticket desk understood what we wanted!..
Easy to see the schedules and trains, also the availability of seats and the prices. When wanted choice is found, it is easy to buy the tickets. Will definitely use the service in my next trip in China...
It's great to have ChinaTour to book my train ticket. I would like to suggest grant international travelers more chances to change departure time in consideration of potential delays of connecting flights/trips. Thanks..
Only booking by internet wasn’t enough. We had to het a paper ticket in Hongkong and we had to pay for it. From China Back to Hongkong was okee...
