I did a mistake in the name of 1 passenger and had to re-buy all tickets for 3 passengers because I had no support from China tour to select seats together (the ones that were correct and the one I would have to buy again). Very difficult communication and not responsive when some explanation was asked..
I have problems for refunding. I booked with two reservations but only one reservation was refunded. The another reservation was refunded about 3 to 4 months after cancellation...
