Arranged for prebooking and delivery of tickets to hotel prior to departure. Instead, the reservation was forgotten and on calling the company the day before departure to get the tickets delivered, I found out that it had not been booked. Instead, the trip had to be booked at a different time as the trip had been sold out already, even though I had arranged it two months earlier...
Easy to exchange the voucher with train ticket. The only setback is that they no not respond to your queries be it via email or wechat. Hope they can better their customer service..
It would be better if there was no need to make the line to get the ticket at the train station. It takes too long, almost lost the train...

While booking, the website is not clear about additional costs on top of the train ticket prices and the provision of information can be improved as it was difficult to get somebody on the phone when I got nervous because the tickets were delivered very late to my hotel. But in the end I got my tickets in time and had a very good train journey...
