I have written in April but no solution was given.
Please see my mail below regarding my cancelled train tickets and waiting for your refunds. Its been 3 months and it has not been resolved.
Only item No.3 has been refunded. The rest cancellations 1 , 2 , & 4 has not.

We ordered a tour in a hardsleeper from Lhasa to Chengdu on the 15. Of June, but it was changed to the 16. because the 15. was fully booked. Our booker just did not tell us that she also switched our seats to hard seats...

Did not respond to my email or message on FB when I wanted to change my train ticket to a different time...
The service is excellent. My suggestion is that tickets also be issued on line after getting copy of ID as it is difficult to go to window show ID then print tickets...
Great, when everything goes well. Sometimes I receive my tickets within 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes longer. The problem is that seats can be sold out in the meantime. Yesterday they had to call them after 3 hours and again later. In the meantime the seats were sold out. So I only had a ticket for my return journey. Found an alternative way to travel to the destination with help of a friend. But the result is that it costed me a lot of time and effort. Just because the communication was very slow. Better book way in advance. Not reliable or suited for travelling the next morning etc...
