Great, when everything goes well. Sometimes I receive my tickets within 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes longer. The problem is that seats can be sold out in the meantime. Yesterday they had to call them after 3 hours and again later. In the meantime the seats were sold out. So I only had a ticket for my return journey. Found an alternative way to travel to the destination with help of a friend. But the result is that it costed me a lot of time and effort. Just because the communication was very slow. Better book way in advance. Not reliable or suited for travelling the next morning etc...

On the 20th of Februay 2019 you sent me an e-mail confirming my reservation 208817 for 2 tickets on the 4th of July 2019 from Beiijimg West to Xian for Illes Uri and Bakal Orly. You wrote me that according to the China train ticket policy, all train tickets can only be issued within 30 Days before the departure date, so you will keep my booking and issue the train tickets 30 days before the departure date. You wrote me as well that you will send me a confirmation email with E-ticket code when you issue ticket within 30 Days before the departure date. Today we are on the 20th of June 2019 and I got no notification from you regarding the tickets and of course you did not send me our E-tickets. I payed you the cost of the tickets on the same day and I think you should keep your side of the transaction. As we are flying in a few days please send me the tickets immedeatly...
