Good online booking service. Only thing is collecting tickets for foreigner using passport is quite confusing as there are no signs leading to the manual counters and the guards offer no assistance...

One of the 4 tickets was booked in another train compartment without even informing us. We just realized when in the train. The return tickets took long to be delivered and almost missed them...
The counter staff at Hongqiao Shanghai station told me that the train is not from this station, I showed her the voucher (in English) she can't read and asked me to leave her counter after a very long queue. Again try the other counter with a very long long queue and we miss the G140 train. Find other train and leaving for Beijing with G170 15.52 - we stay in the station for 5 hours with small kids...
