Easy to find the train I wanted on a route not popular with foreigners and easy to book with very good service. When I made a keying error in my dates they saw it and helped me fix it. Very happy with the service would use again and recommend...
Our train travels in China was awesome. Smooth, Fast and Efficient. The fast train to Chengdu was very comfortable and very quick. Our overnight train to Beijing was fun,, slow to take in the views, though the smoking by passengers in the toilets was annoying. There's enough stops for them to not smoke on the train. Booking through ChinaTour.net was easy to complete and the tickets issued without any problems in China...

Everything worked fine. I sent my 24 year old and 19 year old sons to Beijing on speed train from Shanghai. All purchasing and payment and ticket pickup worked very well...
Process of purchasing was easy and straightforward and most importantly, tickets were legit and appeared on computer system at collection counter. This bit deserves 5 stars. There are self-collection machines for those with Return or APEC cards. Foreign passport holders have to queue up around the corner at another counter (line was not long, but it took an extra 5-10 min). Also standing in queue at Chinese immigration took longer than anticipated, plus I didn't fill out arrival card (nowhere to be found, until you get to the counter, then they give you one and you queue again). I got a few extras for future trips (travel agents may have them too?..). This all added to the pre-departure time you have to take into consideration. Wish this information was available when booking the tickets through your site. Train ride itself was a breeze. Thank you!..
It was good to get tickets delivered, however I think they charged me a delivery fee for each ticket and sent it all in the same courier bag (even though I had requested for 1 of the tickets to be delivered to a different hotel). Would be good to only pay once. What would be helpful for foreigners is some info sent with the ticket on how to read the ticket, or info on how to use Chinese Railway Stations...
Booked the tickets online, but need to pay surcharge at Hong Kong counter to collect the tickets...
Globally, it worked. We had contradictory informations: is it possible to get the tickets at any station in China? What about some places where the line is not too long?..
Excellent service, from my experience, I would highly recommend then for both rail and air ticket service..
It took a bit longer to receive an answer to email when I made a request but apart from that it’s ok..
