First of all thanks for the service - it is extremely useful for me, considering the fact that I am not capable to speak Chinese well. However, I had an issue with the ticket service officer at the rail-way station at Tianjin. At the begining they declined to give me the ticket because of they were not able to find my data in their system. After a short argue with them, they printed my ticket...I do not how can I avoid it in future, but it makes me nervous that I can miss the train considering my experience...

Long time for confirmation and changes sent by email are not super efficient way of contact. Worth to improve it. Sms would be more helpful. Plus - page with chinese text to show at ticket desk. Very helpful!..
