App is working very slowly. Time to purchase a ticket is too long. You can’t wait up to 12 hours when buying electronic ticket. Not to mention that is not an electronic ticket. What’s the electronic part of it when you still need to go and queue at the station to get a paper ticket. From my perspective it’s a waste of time because first you waste time purchasing ticket and waiting to get it processed and then you need to go and queue for the paper ticket instead of going straight for the paper one. Completely useless and misleading!!!..

I would recommend trying the Bullet train, easy to use the service by paying online and collect your ticket at the entrance. Stress free. The experience of the bullet train was amazing, running 305 km/hour Beijing to Xian.....

Booked two trains. ChinaTour.net was not able to book one of them. I tryed to contact the company but they didn't answer. I canceled my booking but I didn't get my money back. In the end I want to thank PayPal because I get my money from PayPal back. I would never use this website again and I will tell all my friends to avoid it. Worst company ever...
