Very convenient. Booked online through the app and paid with my credit card. Received the E-ticket via e-mail within 24 hours. Printed it out with chinese instructions. Gave E-ticket at ticket collection desk and they printed the tickets for both ways there and then. Made the trip back much easier. Make sure that the correct passport number is put in when making the booking. It is checked at the collections desk for verification of booking and payment...

Thus when I arrived at the station, I had to cancel the reservation, pay a service charge and book another reservation on another train that took 1 hour more to get to Beijing.
