You need to be quicker in confirming the train ticket booking. To wait 24 hours for the ticket confirmation for a train that will depart in 10 hours is not reasonable... Everything went well after a few phones calls to Beijing. Also, your price is quite high: 2 times more than if I go and buy at the railroad station...

Thier Website allowed me to book a first class, then I get a email that’s they are sold out if I want a second class seat. Okay I reply, but no response until a day later. And I’m so worried the train will sell out because I needed to travel on that particular day. I call the customer service phone number on thier email. No response at all. I give 2 stars because at the end it was resolved by a reply email finally...
