Booking the G trains through ChinaTour.net was easy and their service was excellent! It was very easy to pick up the E-tickets as I had printed out the request in Chinese that they sent me. The G-trains are great and a really good wy to get around in China..

Reasonably rapid response, though you gladly downgraded my 1st class ticket to 2nd when I asked to change schedule..
You have to check the attitude of your staff. I made a reservation early enough and finished the payment!!. I got the answer that i have to wait 30 days before departure. However, although the beginning for saling tickets has started, I didnot get the confirmation. I wrote the notification twice, but no response. However, when I cancelled it, the staff immedicately has done it. Surprising!!! will look how the payment quickly returns !!..
No issues with ticket pick up. used printed reservations with reservation numbers. Reminder, you will need your passports for ticket pick up...
WE BOOKED TICKET IN FEB 2019, JOURNEY DATE IS 15th and 19th April.. which is less than 30days as of today 25th March , but till now tickets not issued....
The ticket was delivered to my hotel in Beijing and was waiting for me when I arrived. Travelling by train in China is very easy. The deluxe sleeper a good way to travel long distances. ChinaTour provided a very efficient service...

I booked online 2 tickets return HKG to GuangZhou last week. At time of booking, I was charged USD 39.00 (CNY 263) & USD 56.00 (CNY376) for HK-GZ (2nd Class) & GZ-HK (1st Class) respectively. When I collected the tickets at West Kowloon Train station, I had to pay a Handling Fee of HKD20 & HKD30 for each of the tickets. I looked at the face-value of the tickets, they are CNY215 & CNY323 respectively. This means the site charged EXTRA CNY48 & CNY53 for both tickets (??!!) It is a scam !! In total, I had to pay extra CNY101 plus HKD50 for the 'convienence'.. I will not do it again.....
i booked 3 sets of train tickets for China travel and they are very efficient and trustworthy. As soon as the tickets are booked (30 days before travel) I received emails from them with instruction on how to collect the tickets at the train station...
