I bought a train ticket 1 month before my travel date, and your site already deduct my money from my account. In your email saying that u will send me a e-voucher ticket 30 days before my departure date. I've been email and whatsapp your site and dealing with Emily ,until my travel date i didnt received any e-voucher ticket, when i go to the counter at the hong kong west kowloon,they say no ticket under my booking id or under my name. What service are u providng to your customer? I will not reccomend your tour/service to others. I need u to refund back my money as i have a statement account showing that u already deduct my money..

For those who wish to get their tickets, I suggest you get at the ticketing area an hour or more before your train's departure time. After you get your ticket, your next struggle is to get inside the train station...
