Traveller from Australia. Found the website very easy to use and the service was very good. Used the service to book trains. We booked trains to and from 4 different cities for 3 people. We had all the tickets delivered to our first hotel. It all went as planned. Just be sure which train stations you need (can use google maps for this), then book them. I highly recommend getting all the tickets delivered to one hotel. Don't be alarmed if tickets are not purchased until a few weeks before the trip. They are not always available immediately. Overall a great and useful service for international travellers to China...
bad the deal, I had to cancel the ticket I had booked, because the lady who attended me at the window commented that the number of the passport was incorrect from where she considered it correct, proving that the passport number was the same as it was in the reservation, she could not request and solve the problem and told me that she needed to buy the ticket again..

Everything went fine. I've have collected the ticket at the ticket office in the station that offered the service in English Language..
No booking code had been provided to me on trip WuyishanDong-Xiamen. They couldn't give me tickets at the station becsuse if that neither new tickets because we however we were registred. It was a terruble hassle to cancel the original tockets and buy new ones. At the end we bought new tickets and so paid double. Also tickets haven't been delivered at the hotel as agreed. Bad experience..

Easy to order my tickets, but exaggerated fee... especially one fee per trip (=2 fees for a return ticket!!)..
