I used the service twice. First time with no issues, confirmation for the tickets was received fast and I printed them at the train station with no issues. The second time, there was an issue with the train. I was contacted the next day to chose a different train as the one that I picked was not available. I had to pick one that was slower and didn't understand if there was no more tickets available for the one i wanted or if there was an error on the website and the train didn't exist. Otherwise, everything went well with the travel. I would recommend the service to other users, especially for tourists traveling to China, as the service lets you use Visa cards, while at the train station it is not possible...
