I can say that for the trip Beijing to Pingyau, I made a mistake in writing first name and family name. They change it for me by computer. Realy happy about this. I booked the train Guilin to Guangzhou for 13-10-18 it had to be 13-11-18. Wrote them 1 week before 13-11-18, can you change ths for me in 13-11-18. They say yes but did not do it. So I bought a new one in Beijing. But overall, i can say that I am very happy with China Tour.NET..
The actual trip was very comfortable. The train departure and arrival times were accurate. I did need to make some changes to my booking and this is only possible at the station and if you have a friend who can translate for you!..
Very fast and efficient service. I would recommend English signs at your ticket windows for international and non Chinese speaking travellers..

This site is not properly linked to the station ticket window. Upon arriving to pick up our tickets, only one of the two purchased tickets appeared in the system. After one hour we left with only one ticket and completely frustrated...
although we got most of what we wanted some of the tickets could not be obtained despite having booked them many months ahead. This has disrupted our hotel bookings of which could not be refunded...
