One Day Private Tour (for individual, friends or family): Depart everyday

Start from 7:30 am to around 6:30 pm, flexible schedule, up to travellers.

Itinerary:
1.Pick you up from hotel on departure time, then drive to the famous Mutian Great Wall. Sightseeing on Great Wall Mutianyu section for about 2 hours.

2.Drive to the Ming Tomb - Ding Tomb, The only underground tomb of the thirteen tombs of the emperors in the Ming Dynasty.

3.The Sacred Road: the road is guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.

4.One stop at a shopping market before transfer you back to your hotel after the whole day tour.

Price includes: Pick-up and drop-off from your hotel, private luxury car or van, All sites' tickets, Private English Speaking Tour guide and Chinese lunch.

Tour Package excludes:
Fee of cable car (cable car to the highest point of Great Wall, 80 RMB($12))

A designated car and private guide will follow you to go to the place you like, this package cost higher than coach tour.
- Start time is up to you, but our guide will recommend good departure time for you.
- Vehichle mode: private luxury car or MPV van(click for picture) - depend on travelers need, 2~10 persons.

Note: Children taller than 1.1 meter should be charged as full price, childern shorter than 1.1 meter should be charged only half of the price.

The Mutian Yu section of the Great Wall seemed to be the right choice. The ride in the cable car was very enjoyable and there were hardly any other tourists. We spent around two hours on the wall and were the last to go down. Our guide, May, did not mind at all but enjoyed the company of our children. Thank you May! After the Ming Tomb and the Sacred Road we were taken to the Jade Factory for a short visit before we enjoyed a delicious and varied lunch. All in all it was a very interesting and well paced trip. The only worry we had was the drivers tendency to drive too fast and overtake at impossible situations.

At 7:30 sharp I was picked up by my guide May and her driver in a spacious, comfortable car. Although we expected lots of traffic we were lucky and came at the Tomb as the first ones. We went for a walk through the gate and past the sacred road with its beautiful statues. I got all the information and answers to all my questions. The tomb itself was nice as well (although more people were there). A quick stop at a copperpot makery and jade factory were okay, but I could have done without. The highlight though was the visit at the wall. Again, because the driver was quick, we reached before noon. The Mutianyu part of the wall was magnificent and not many were there. The guide took all the time and also took great pictures for me. The lunch, excellent choices by the driver, was tasty. Overall, every dollar well spent! The guide spoke perfect English and was pleasant company. I will recommend this trip to anyone and should I be in beijing again (I come to China 6-8 times a year), I will definitely book another tour.
