A good tour arranged well. Pick up and drop was good. The tour itself was good. Our guide, a knowledgeable and fluent girl, on the second day was very good. Because I could not complete the third day tour (due to serious knee problem) she got me a third day refund, which is just superb. No one else will do this. 3 Days Beijing Classic Tour from Oct. 4/18 to Oct. 6/18 was really amazing for us. Every night before the tour we were contacted by our guide at the hotel. Pick up and drop off were always timely. The itinerary was very interesting and the guide information and knowledge of the tour were outstanding. We really appreciate the Chinese guide effort to make us feel as at home. All of the three guides were very friendly and nice and they were always willing to solve any question from the travelers. You guys are really focused in get the best results of your important job and you are gotten it. Thank you...

Car was not washed and the windows were dirty so sightseeing from inside the car was not pleasant.. The tour included too many shopping stops and we were pressured to buy overpriced goods. The English spoken was difficult to understand because of the heavy accent. But the guide did make the effort to speak both Mandarin and English to make understand...
Good sights - easy pick up and delivery to airport in very clean car - traffic is a mess - BUT our driver drove very smooth and easy. Our guide Edward was very knowledgeable and spoke good English that even my 13 yrs old boys understood...

Day 1: Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace involved a great deal of walking and a boat trip on the lake would have taken us much nearer the Summer Palace than the boat ride along the approach canal. Day 2: Great Wall Iis a must visit but we were disappointed when we were arbitarilly declared too old to use the toboggan run.We are both reasonably fit 70 year olds and it would have been helpful to have been told when booking that there is a policy of rejecting anyone over 60. Acrobat show in the evening was superb, but we were unhappy at being dumped at it on our return from the Great Wall and told it was not part of the tour and we must find our own way back to our hotel. Your guide Ha Ha really was no joke. Day3: Olympic Park, pandas, Buddhist temple, rickshaw ride and family home meal was an excellent day and conducted by Helen in a well paced and informative manner. The inevitable shopping opportunities on all three days were not excessive and we do appreciate that they are necessary to help keep down the cost of the tours...
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we had gone a little slower though some places, especially on the days where we ended up being done much earlier than the schedule said we would be done. Overall, it was a very good experience...
The tour was great broken English. We cut the lines everywhere saving so much time. The food was not the greatest Chinese I've ever had but i think it is ok for everyone. Having smaller groups made it easier to go from place to place. I would recommend this tour...
One guide seemed to want to rush at times. Also the outing to the opera included transportation to the event but not returning from it which was disclosed only at the time of event. Returning to hotel in a taxi turned out to be a tense situation with taxi driver wanting to charge exorbitant price and refusing to put his meter on. And this was a legal taxi. Otherwise tours went well...
Everything is good. Even though they cancel my last day tour which I already pay in advance but they refund me back by Paypal when I arrived by back to Canada...
the tour is really good, they pick u up and drop you off at the hotel, you have a very good meal included, the tourguide knows english really good, the only problem is that they take you to some shopping places, but you don't buy anything and that's it...
