The tour was good but the last day was canceled a day before and it changed our itinerary...

I don´t like that they take you to expensive stores and they left you there more time than in the historic places. Everything else is ok, easy to pay the tours, nice tourist guides, a lot of options for choose and good tours prices..

Sorry, but I was disappointed. The 3 day tour was actually 3, 1 day tours where I was included into different groups and different guides each day. My guide on the first day was hard to understand and we were not returned to our hotel, instead dropped off close or at a subway to find our way back. My Peking Duck meal horrible (attached is a photo of the room they put me in) although China tour was supposed to pick me up afterwards I was left with a 63RMB taxi bill. On the plus side the sights were awesome, as was the acrobat show. Guides 2 & 3 were better but I cannot recommend this tour company Hans Lubbers..

I booked a three day tour with Chinatours.net based on a recommendation from some colleagues at work who toured with them. It was my first time doing solo travel and everything was so wonderful. I felt like I saw everything worth seeing in Beijing and also made connections with the wonderful people in the group that I toured with. The tour guides were considerate and supportive and did everything they could to accommodate everyone. The hike on the Great Wall was exceptional, Summer Palace, Lama Temple, Forbidden City, Panda Zoo...all awesome. Our guide also gave a lot of historical perspective to the places we visited. I had one glitch, I signed up for Peking Duck dinner and the Opera but both evening events were cancelled by the company. This was disappointing for me. Regardless, I would recommend this tour company...

It was our first trip to Beijing and we had booked this tour in advance. Frankly speaking we didnt know how the tour would turn out to be as it was a coach tour with 16 other co passengers. I am happy to write that we had a great time. Our tour guide Cathy was punctual , friendly and helpful. All of us on the coach became one big group. The sights were amazing and everything turned out to be more than we expected. I was the only vegetarian in the group but I was looked after. The food was yummy. I highly recommend this tour. It is reasonably priced and good value for money...

Our guide, Suzi, and the driver were very helpful, and the car very comfortable. We were nevertheless surprised by two things. The visit of the Sacred Alley to the Ming Tombs was not included in the tour, and we had to pay addtionnal entrance fees of 200 RMB plus 200 RMB for ChinaTour to see it. Anyway, it was a great experience and we would recommend it...

Our tour was great! The tour guides, Peter and Lisa were very friendly and helpful. They also gave us ample time to explore the place and take lots and lots of pictures! Very patient and they always try their best to answer our questions. Thank you very much Peter and Lisa for your patience. We really enjoyed our tour! Especially the Quanjude Peking Duck! yummy! :)..

It was nice to have contacted ChinaTour.net and Wang for our tour. the pick up/ drop and entire tour arrangements were on time and convenient. In a tour like this , optional additional day could have been offered to include a tour of 100km or more away from Beijing to see the life of peasants in china. All in all it was a good trip. I elected this tour as I came during "Golden Week" which is the National Day holiday at the start of October for China. I was assigned 3 different tour guides for each day, but all 3 were very informative. They had very good communication with each other and kept me informed as to what time I needed to meet the guide in the morning. They were almost always on time, too! Tony, my tour guide on the first day, called just to inform me that he would be two minutes late due to the incredibly busy traffic. Overall, the tours were very impressive and they gave me a good opportunity to see the wonderful sights of Beijing. The tour has been updated so you no longer have to pay extra during the Hutong section of the trip; they just ask for tips at the end of the ride so be prepared to have about 20 RMB with you. 10 RMB is a recommended good tip and you will be asked to tip the local guide as well as your rickshaw driver. There are unscheduled shopping trips. Some of these included a pearl factory, a silk shop, a tea shop, and a trip to visit a Chinese doctor. You can buy small items if you are looking for souvenirs for friends and such, and it is possible for you to bargain just a bit. Remember, a lot of times the first price that is offered is not the final price that the Chinese would like you to pay. It's just the highest that they want you to pay. So try your hand at bargaining, although at some of the more upscale places (like the silk factory) you can't bargain too much. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to see the sights of Beijing. I would not recommend going during a peak holiday time, so make sure you check to see when the holidays are in China!..

My wife and I booked this 3 day tour before arriving in Beijing. Our tour guide, Penny, was very knowledgeable and fun! We actually were the only tourists in the car with Penny and our driver, and we really enjoyed the personal interaction and historical information about each site that we visited. We have been to many countries on many tours, but this is actually the first time that we haven't been ready to return home. Each adventure was so entertaining and informative. We hope that Penny will some day come to Texas so that we can how her around!! We highly recommend this tour to anyone! Octave and Vickie Houston, TX, USA..

I travelled alone in Beijing. I noticed that looking for a travel agency around Beijing is not problem. You can grab them at any time. Just provide fees and it's negotiable. Of course 3 Days Beijing Tour Package is more convenience to me as I just have to wait at the hotel, and there you go! I just got a little problem about food, as I am a muslim!! I am very concern about 'HALAL' food although lunch was arranged without pork!. Anyway we have an excellent tour guide, Mr. Song, a very friendly, flexible and having a good English to brief us. Package tour is best for everyone if you wish to get friends from all over the world...

My tour with Chinatours was amazing. The guides spoke english very well and even spoke mandarin with me to help me practice. They had a very deep knowledge of Chinese history and culture and I loved how they came directly into my hostel's lobby to pick me up, it made everything smooth and I had a great experience. I want to shout out my tour guides: Jackson, Sabrina, and Li Hong. They were amazing and took us to places in Beijing I never would have been able to get to if I travelled by myself. Highly recommend this tour!..
