Again the booking went smooth. However what strikes mu surprise is the variaty of bookings possible. The range went from about 400 till 3000 rmb. With exception of the higher fare I always end up in the back of the airplane. So my wonder is does it really matter if there is no distiction to go for the cheapest rate? From this mentioned argument I should rate you in the way of bad, if it is solely for the booking it is in the way of good. You might consider explaining booking passengers what all Class defferences are about...
