The most umpleasant situation is when after booking an air ticket, an email is received saying that the discount is not longer available, and a new payment is required to confirm the booking. The most of times I am travelling already when that email is received, so checking again if the new price is suitalbe or not, and eventually making the new payment required is very uncomfortable for me...

I had booked a return ticket on China Eastern Airlines, Kunming-Baoshan (15 Dec 2016), Baoshan-Kunming (23 December 2016) a few months earlier. I learned from a fellow traveller that China Eastern revised the flight numbers and timings on two occasions. ChinaTour.Net didn't advise me of the revisions. I had to write to the agency to have the flights rebooked and though they did it in good time, I was very concerned. Had I not learned of the flight rescheduling, I would have been greatly inconvenienced as I was flying to and fro Kunming on another airline. As a professional and efficient agency, it should have monitored the changes and advise their customers as soon as possible...

I bought tickets from this website. Yinchuan to Xian on 20th October 2016. I received all the confirmation etc. When I reached the airport in Yinchuan. My ticket is not available, the reservation was not listed anywhere. I have already tour reserved in Xian. So I have no choice but to buy last minute ticket at the airport. Until now almost 2 months I haven't received any reimbursement or news. Terrible experience...
Excellent and reliable service. Got us a much better deal than on the airline's site. They say you can't make seat reservation untill 3 days prior to the fligh, but YOU CAN. Call the airline with you locator or e-ticket and they will do it for you. We made sure we got windows seat from Chengdu to Lhasa and it was very good since we got to see Mt Everest from the plane...

The booking process was fast and easy, and the flights offered cost much less than Travelocity and Expedia. I only found it by accident, though, when I was looking for tours. Expedia and Travelocity only show your tours and do not disclose that you also take care of flight reservations...
