hi.I booked flights by china southern from Shanghai to Dalian and then Dalian to Beijing.Both flights were of good standards and punctuality and the process was smooth.I wish I had made more bookings.The hotel booking page could be better..

I used this app for all my doemstic flights for three people and mire than 5 flights , it was perfect and convenient app . Very wuick service . For train there are some issues as you cant find some destinations which is already there on the line but for no reason it was not there . Also There is no instant confirmation for train tickets or flights snd that doesn't realy work if you are in station as you have yo wait for donetime , once i booked ehile in station snd waited for about 30 min to get cancelation because thrg claimed there was no time to carch the tain , they might be right !..

I had 2 tour guides for the 2 days: Sabrina I was very pleased with, however, Chris was good with these comments: He requested tip continuously at the end of the trip for him and driver. He also made us pay for summer palace boat ride even though I didn't want, but because other members in bus requested to ride the boat, I had no choice. This is my first time using this site to buy air Ticket. Before find this site I tried several other Chineese sites to book domestic flight. But they were too confusing to book. One problem is our Surnames are too big. But here there was no problem when we input our full names they get bit shorter version and issue the tickekt. Since we have trouble with communicating with china people I double checked the tickets with China Southern Air line. there was no problem. Thanks I recommend this to buy China Domestic air tickets..

Maybe to improve it even more, you could provide foreign users with a mobile ticket, because we don't always have the access to the Internet to check the email confirmation. Additionally, you could provide information or links to the operator's web site to check the baggage allowance...
